Shipping Policy

PACE Running Limited currently ships orders within Hong Kong only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information where applicable.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via SF Express.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances outside of PACE Running Limited's control.

The applicable shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery service and destination. Standard domestic delivery is expected to be approximately HK$30, although the actual shipping charge may vary.

The shipping fee applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

PACE Running Limited is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, service disruptions or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
